Job summary

Gentle Monster is seeking an ERP & IT Systems Specialist in Los Angeles, CA. You will manage NetSuite, Celigo integrations linking Shopify POS (US/Canada) and TikTok Shop, and ensure data accuracy and security across platforms.

You’ll also support POS devices, printers, networking, and Apple devices through ABM, with on-site setup for new store openings. This full-time role requires 1–2 years of IT/support experience and a preferred Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years IT support or systems administration experience.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field preferred.
• Hands-on experience supporting an ERP platform.
• Experience with system integrations and APIs (Celigo or similar middleware a plus).
• Comfort troubleshooting hardware and retail/POS technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day NetSuite support, including user access management and troubleshooting.
• Support overall systems architecture to ensure reliable platform integration.
• Build and troubleshoot Celigo integrations with Shopify POS US/Canada, TikTok Shop, and others.
• Support troubleshooting across integrated systems for data integrity and security.
• Assist with system upgrades, implementations, testing, and training; document workflows.
• Provide Level 1/2 tech support for retail store tech and corporate devices.
• Deliver IT support for office equipment and network connectivity.
• Assist with on-site setup for new store openings and device deployment.
• Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs and support.
• Collaborate with IT Systems Manager and internal teams on projects.

Gentle Monster is looking for an ERP Business Systems Analyst based in Los Angeles, CA. As our ERP & IT Systems Specialist, you'll look after our NetSuite environment and the Celigo integrations that connect Shopify POS (US/Canada), TikTok Shop, and our other platforms, so data stays accurate, secure, and ready to grow with us. You'll also be the steady hand behind our stores and corporate office, supporting POS devices, printers, networking, and Apple devices through Apple Business Manager. You'll help bring each new store opening to life with on-site setup and troubleshooting, working closely with vendors and our IT Systems Manager along the way.

Job Title: ERP & IT Systems Specialist Pay Range: $75,000 to $85,000

What You'll Do

• Provide day-to-day NetSuite support, including user access management, configuration updates, and troubleshooting errors
• Help support our overall systems architecture, ensuring connected platforms work together reliably and on a scale with the business
• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot Celigo integrations supporting Shopify POS (US/Canada), TikTok Shop, and other connected platforms
• Support troubleshooting across integrated systems to ensure data integrity, system reliability, and security
• Assist with system upgrades, implementations, and new technology rollouts including testing, API adjustments, user training, and documentation
• Document system configurations, integration workflows, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for retail store technology, including Shopify POS devices, receipt printers, scanners, security cameras, media players, and store networking
• Deliver technical support for corporate office equipment, including desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, and Wi-Fi/network connectivity
• Support new store openings with on-site IT setup, device deployment, and troubleshooting
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for hardware repairs, replacements, and technical support
• Analyze IT issues and elevate high-impact problems to the IT Systems Manager as needed
• Manage store Apple devices through Apple Business Manager (ABM)
• Partner with internal departments to resolve technical issues and support business operations
• Assist with tracking IT-related expenses, vendor costs, and operational budgets
• Collaborate with local and Seoul IT team members to support ongoing projects and company growth

What You Bring

• 1–2 years of IT support or systems administration experience
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
• Hands-on experience supporting an ERP platform
• Experience with system integrations and APIs (Celigo or similar middleware a plus)
• Comfort troubleshooting hardware and retail/POS technology
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook and Excel)
• Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills
• Self-starter who adapts well to a fast-paced, evolving environment and is eager to learn new technologies
• Experience working in the retail or e-commerce industry preferred
• Familiarity with system integrations preferred
• Experience supporting multi-system environments and API integrations preferred
