Job summary

Bosch Rexroth in the United States offers an internship within our ERP support team, focusing on data entry, validation, and system improvements. This role provides hands-on exposure to enterprise resources planning and cross-functional collaboration.

June 2, 2027-August 6, 2027, full-time during summer break, with hourly pay between $18 and $24. Indefinite U.S. work authorization is required; sponsorship is not available at this time. Applicants pursuing IT/IS/CS degrees are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science.
• Strong interest in ERP systems, technology, and business processes.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
• Previous experience with an ERP system, such as SAP, is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily support and maintenance of the ERP system.
• Help enter, review, update, and validate data within the system.
• Assist with identifying and correcting data issues.
• Support ERP system testing, upgrades, and improvement projects.
• Help create and update procedures, work instructions, and training materials.
• Assist with reports and data analysis as needed.
• Work with different departments to understand business processes and system needs.
• Help troubleshoot basic system or user issues and elevate concerns when needed.
• Participate in meetings related to ERP projects and system improvements.
• Support special projects and other duties as assigned.

Additional Information

The US base hourly range for this position will be in between $18- $24 depending on the credits accumulated for the undergraduate students.
