Tenneco seeks an ERP Inventory Master Data specialist to own transactional integrity and master data governance across plant operations. You will establish standard work, pay-point discipline, and audit-ready controls to align ERP with shop-floor execution.

In this role you will partner with IT and business leaders to maintain data quality, enable accurate MRP, and support inventory valuation and compliance across the supply chain. Fluent English and strong analytical skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, supply chain, finance, engineering, or related field.
• Hands-on ERP/inventory processes experience.
• Experience with cycle counts, physical inventory, reconciliation.
• Knowledge of internal controls and audit support.
• Fluent in English and local plant language.

Aufgaben

• Own ERP inventory transactions and master data governance.
• Establish process ownership, standard work, and access controls.
• Lead cycle-count governance and reconcile variances.
• Ensure data integrity and traceability for planning and execution.
• Collaborate with IT and applications teams to remove barriers.
• Provide trusted KPI trends and risk recovery actions.
