Job summary

Tenneco is seeking an ERP and Inventory Integrity Analyst to own plant ERP transactions, master data, and physical inventory alignment at the Greenville, MI site. You will establish process ownership, standard work, and audit-ready evidence, connecting system behavior with shop-floor execution for accurate planning and financial integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, supply chain, finance, or engineering.
• Strong ERP, Excel, and BI/analytics capability.
• WMS or MDM knowledge is valued.
• Fluent in English and the local plant language, as required.
• Ability to work full time, onsite at the Greenville, MI location required.
• Experience with Plex ERP system or comparable ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Provide reliable master data and inventory balances that improve MRP, scheduling, promises, and inventory decisions.
• Create practical transaction standards that accurately represent physical movement and production execution.
• Support inventory valuation, reconciliation, controls, audit readiness, and transparent adjustment governance.
• Define business requirements, prioritize system issues, test solutions, and sustain user adoption.
• Provide trusted KPI trends, control status, systemic risks, and recovery actions.
