Job summary

Tenneco Inc. in Greenville, MI is seeking a Plant ERP and Master Data owner who will align ERP transactions, inventory, and master data with shop-floor execution.

You will establish governance, standard work, and traceability while partnering with IT, Finance, and Operations to ensure audit readiness and data integrity. The role demands strong ERP/BI skills, Plex ERP familiarity, and hands-on experience with cycle counts, inventory valuation, and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, supply chain, finance, engineering, or related field.
• Strong ERP, Excel, and BI/analytics capability; WMS or MDM knowledge is valuable.
• Fluent in English and the local plant language, as required.
• Experience with Plex ERP or comparable ERP system.
• Understanding of inventory accounting and internal-control implications.
• Ability to work full time onsite at the Greenville, MI location.

Responsibilities

• Be the plant owner of ERP transactions, master data, and physical inventory alignment.
• Establish process ownership, standard work, cycle-count governance, and audit-ready evidence.
• Connect system behavior with shop-floor execution to support planning and financial accuracy.
• Define access controls, and governance to ensure data integrity and traceability.
• Collaborate with IT, finance, and operations to remove barriers and avoid shadow systems.
