Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role with direct experience implementing accounting systems.
• Functional expertise in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Expense Management.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the integration of customer systems with Brex and manage the implementation.
• Act as primary technical advisor, guiding customers through integration setup.
• Lead project meetings and maintain clear expectations with customers.
