AppleOne Employment Services in Oxnard, CA is seeking a Manager of ERP Integration & SIOP to lead strategic ERP improvement initiatives and build a structured Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning process. You will drive cross-functional collaboration across Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, Sales, and Engineering.

The role offers visibility with leadership, meaningful impact, and the chance to improve critical business decisions through standardized processes and strong program governance.

Qualifications

• Lead ERP implementation, upgrade, integration, and process improvement projects.
• Establish and facilitate a disciplined monthly SIOP process with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Build leadership reporting, business cases, ROI analysis, and actionable decision support.
• Strong financial communication and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP upgrade, integration, and improvement programs from planning through implementation.
• Develop and manage a standardized SIOP process with monthly cross-functional reviews.
• Improve core processes across order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, manufacturing, and finance.
• Provide leadership updates with ROI analyses and risk reporting.
• Drive change management to support adoption of new systems and processes.
• Coordinate with Engineering for R&D and prototype procurement activities.
