Job summary

Owens Corning Doors is seeking an ERP Implementation Engineer to drive deployment, optimization, and adoption of the ERP platform across manufacturing locations. You will partner with engineering, operations, and supply chain to standardize processes, configure systems, and enable training and change management.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, go-live support, and ongoing process improvements to ensure scalable ERP solutions aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline required.
• Experience with manufacturing, supply chain, operations, or ERP environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project coordination abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support ERP implementations and process design across Doors sites.
• Document and standardize business processes with cross-functional teams.
• Assist with system configuration, testing, validation, and deployment.
• Ensure ERP functions meet operational and enterprise standards.
• Develop and maintain product configurator rules and master data.
• Support routing, labor standards, work centers, and shop floor processes.
• Assist with production scheduling, planning, and go-live activities.
• Collaborate with sourcing and procurement to align material planning.
• Create change management plans and training materials for end users.
• Provide hypercare support and monitor ERP performance post go-live.
