Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
5+ years of progressive accounting experience in a fast-paced environment.
Experience participating in mid-market ERP implementations or data conversions.
Strong Excel proficiency, reconciliations, and process mapping.
Ability to work independently with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

ERP Discovery & Implementation: evaluate options to replace legacy ERP.
Process Documentation & Automation: document workflows and automate manual processes.
Technical & General Ledger Accounting: balance sheet reconciliations and GL integrity.
Hands-On Team Support: assist with AP/AR/data entry during deadlines.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: liaise with leaders and external auditors.
