Job summary

Robotic Technologies Automation seeks a senior IT leader to manage the day-to-day operations of the ERP Finance Systems Cost Center and supervise a team of developers and technical staff. You will plan systems analyses, oversee vendor proposals, and direct outsourcing contracts while ensuring cost controls and reporting.

Ideal candidates will have a strong Oracle Apps/R12 background, proficiency with Forms, Reports, SQL, PL/SQL, and Workflows, and a track record of leading multiple complex

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with five+ years in lead/managerial capacity.
• Experience leading 2-3 moderately large or complex projects or operational units.
• Strong communication skills and demonstrated leadership potential.
• Ten to twelve years of software development experience with Oracle Applications (11i or R12) preferred.
• Expertise with Oracle developer tools: Forms, Reports, SQL, PL/SQL and Workflows; Oracle R12 ERP (Finance Modules) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities of ERP Finance Systems Cost Center.
• Set employee objectives and evaluate performance of supervised staff.
• Oversee activities of software systems and applications programming affecting administrative support information management systems.
• Prepare activity and progress reports for the applications systems cost centers.
• Develop and monitor budgets, time and expenses for assigned projects.
• Manage outsourcing contracts and service levels for related systems.
• Provide technical guidance for planning, directing, and monitoring applications systems operations.
