Job summary

Crux, Inc. is building a world-class finance technology backbone in Palo Alto to support a rapidly growing, capital-intensive data infrastructure business. You will own ERP selection, implementation, and ongoing finance system processes end-to-end.

Qualifications

• 15+ years across finance systems, ERP implementation, or accounting operations.
• 7+ years leading finance systems teams.
• Experience building fixed asset, CIP, and depreciation processes for hardware or infrastructure at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP and ancillary financial system implementation: requirements, vendor evaluation, chart of accounts design, go-live plan.
• Own the ERP as the financial system of record and manage related finance tools.
• Turn operational data into accounting entries such as utility accruals and cost allocations.
• Stand up finance reporting with close dashboards and lender reporting packages built on the ERP.
