Job summary

DSJ Global is seeking an ERP Administrator for our West Palm Beach, FL area with onsite work. You will serve as the SME for the ERP environment, ensuring reliability and triggering improvements across Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, Finance, Purchasing, and IT.

The ideal candidate has manufacturing ERP experience, hands-on admin for Epicor CMS (preferred), SAP, or NetSuite, and the ability to collaborate across cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related work experience in IS, business, supply chain, or CS.
• Manufacturing industry experience required.
• 3+ years of ERP administration or support experience.
• Hands-on ERP admin for Epicor CMS, SAP, or NetSuite.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary administrator and support resource for the ERP system.
• Maintain master data, configurations, user roles, and security.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance and IT to optimize ERP.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and coordinate fixes.
• Lead ERP enhancements, upgrades, testing, and implementations.
• Develop ERP documentation and training materials.
• Support reporting and dashboards for decision making.
• Monitor performance and propose improvements.
• Assist with data migrations and integrations.
• Train end users across departments.
