Job summary

CFS is seeking an Applications Manager to lead a team of systems analysts, business analysts, and application developers in Madison, WI. You will oversee enterprise IT projects and ensure solutions align with manufacturing operations and business goals.

You'll manage budgets, collaborate with business leaders, evaluate new technologies, and drive ERP integrations and upgrades using Oracle or SAP, CRM, and BI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• Proven track record leading technical teams and managing complex projects.
• Extensive experience in leading ERP system integrations, implementations, and upgrades.
• Experience with tier-1 ERP platforms (Oracle, SAP, or similar), CRM systems, and BI tools.
• Strong understanding of SQL, data analytics, and modern integration platforms.

• Manage and mentor a team of systems analysts, business analysts, and application developers.
• Oversee project planning, resource allocation, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
• Lead and deliver IT projects focused on enterprise applications, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business goals.
