Job summary

Avid Bioservices is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to become the Dynamics D365 super-user for the Supply Chain department. The role involves cross-functional work to develop, update and input process BOMs and maintain master data, plus documenting D365 processes and training requirements.

Key duties include BOM setup, master data maintenance, production forecast updates, onboarding and training new users, and developing meaningful Supply Chain KPIs.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent
• 4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry
• Experience with ERP systems and data management

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ERP data management within BOMs and accuracy review post production
• Maintain master data including new item set-up
• Update production forecasts
• Onboard and train new users
• Create, maintain and distribute training documentation
• Review and improve D365 processes and strategies
• Assist end-users in developing reports for data analysis
• Maintain SOPs pertaining to Dynamics D365
• Support cgmp aspects of pharmaceutical warehouse and ERP
• Develop Supply Chain KPIs and monitor trends to reduce costs
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory optimization
• Review stocking levels and reorder points
• Assist with physical inventories and maintain documentation
