Accurate Personnel LLC is seeking a Production Control Supervisor in Bloomingdale, IL to oversee ERP transactions, close work orders, coordinate material transfers, and reconcile inventory to keep production moving efficiently.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with accurate data-entry
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems, preferably Acumatica
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience in manufacturing, inventory, or warehouses
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proactive communication and issue identification
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment

Responsibilities

• Enter production, labor, and material transactions into the ERP system
• Ensure production transactions are entered accurately and on time
• Close completed work orders and resolve count, lot, and scrap variances
• Reconcile line-side inventory after each work order
• Create and process material transfers and transfer orders
• Coordinate material staging with production teams and material handlers
• Confirm materials arrive where and when needed
• Communicate shortages, missed materials, and potential production issues promptly
• Maintain accurate records and support efficient material flow
