Job summary

Exalta Group is seeking a Material Handler in Bonita Springs, FL to manage receipt, movement, storage, and control of materials in support of manufacturing. You will ensure ERP updates reflect physical movement, support cycle counts, and maintain traceability across ISO/FDA requirements.

Responsibilities include receiving, putaway, issuing to work orders, material returns, staging, and inventory reconciliation. Forklift operation and accurate documentation are essential for audit readiness.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in material handling and inventory control.
• Experience in ISO/FDA-regulated environments preferred.
• Hands-on ERP usage for receiving, issuing, transfers, and cycle counts.
• Forklift certification required or ability to obtain.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and document incoming raw materials and components.
• Perform ERP transactions for receiving, transfers, issues, and returns.
• Put away materials to correct locations and conduct cycle counts.
• Support kitting and staging for work orders.
• Maintain traceability and batch/serial details.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and escalate issues promptly.
• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely.
