Job summary

Gate Gourmet is seeking a detail‑oriented ERP data coordinator in Seattle to manage BOM data, support MRP processes, and bridge purchasing with production. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely ERP transactions, and cross‑functional collaboration across the unit.

You will generate reports, coordinate master data changes, and assist in daily inventory, pricing, and forecasting tasks to ensure GL accuracy and smooth operations in a fast‑paced culinary services environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; College degree a plus.
• 2–5 years in a purchasing environment with ERP/BOM data experience.
• Experience with BOM systems and ERP data management is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills and effective written and oral communication.
• General food knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate materials substitution checking process and update MF47 reports.
• Act as unit point of contact for master data changes and vendor requests.
• Coordinate ERP inventory activities and month-end close tasks.
• Submit ERP user ID requests for approval by unit controller.
• Create buyer IOR worksheets and review price variance reports weekly.
• Cross-train teammates on ERP purchasing functions.
• Assist Unit Buyer with related purchasing tasks as needed.
• Ensure weekly forecast and data accuracy for flight schedule/menu changes.
• Support ERP receiver with daily materials transfers and requisitions.
• Monitor ROH material requests and initiate new material changes.
• Enter waste and deviation logs in ERP and report weekly financial impact.
• Serve as ERP Super User and first-line support for ERP questions.
