Job summary

Freudenberg in Durham, NC seeks an ERP Data Specialist to own SKU data creation in SAP ERP, perform BOM updates, and maintain data integrity across manufacturing operations.

You will verify data accuracy, support data entry and reporting for ERP and BI tools, and collaborate with Supply Chain, R&D and Finance to implement data improvements while upholding security and SOPs.

Qualifications

## ERP Data SpecialistApply: Durham, NC: Full time: Posted Today: R\\_00107819**Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!**# Responsibilities:* Data Input, Creation, and Maintenance: + Own creation of new SKUs in SAP ERP system, for all material types + Execute product updates and maintenance including, but not limited to: BOM adjustments, routing corrections, new material entries, etc. + Adhere to and help maintain SOPs for data processes and protocols.* Data Verification and Validation through regular audits of data to identify and correct errors and inconsistencies.* Support data entry and analysis for ERP and other database systems* Support Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, R&D, and Accounting / Finance in data entry, modeling, and reporting* Communicate effectively with Supply Chain, R&D, and operations teams to identify essential support and carry out productive solutions.* Identify and support implementing process improvements to enhance data accuracy and efficiency.* Follow company policies for data security and confidentiality.# Qualifications:* Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred. An associate degree and/or equivalent professional experience will be considered.* Knowledge of manufacturing and/or warehouse inventory systems is preferred.* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.* Good communication skills for working with multiple departments.* Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems required.* Intermediate skills in MS Office (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, TEAMs).* Working knowledge of MS Power BI and MS Copilot AI preferred.
