Job summary

Freudenberg Performance Materials LP (USA) invites applications for a data integrity specialist to manage SAP ERP SKU creation, BOM updates, routing corrections, and material data maintenance. You will verify data, support ERP and related systems, and collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, R&D, and Finance to deliver accurate reporting.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor’s or assoc. degree or equivalent experience, strong attention to detail, and SAP/ERP fluency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Associate degree and/or equivalent professional experience will be considered.
• Knowledge of manufacturing and/or warehouse inventory systems is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills for working with multiple departments.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems required.
• Intermediate skills in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, TEAMS).
• Working knowledge of MS Power BI and MS Copilot AI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own creation of new SKUs in SAP ERP system, for all material types.
• Execute product updates and maintenance including BOM adjustments, routing corrections, new material entries.
• Adhere to and help maintain SOPs for data processes and protocols.
• Data verification and validation through regular audits of data to identify errors and inconsistencies.
• Support data entry and analysis for ERP and other database systems.
• Support Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, R&D, and Accounting/Finance in data entry, modeling, and reporting.
• Communicate effectively with Supply Chain, R&D, and operations teams to identify essential support and carry out productive solutions.
• Identify and support implementing process improvements to enhance data accuracy and efficiency.
• Follow company policies for data security and confidentiality.
