Job summary

UCSF Health is seeking an ERP Data Migration Analyst to lead the migration of legacy supply chain data to Oracle Cloud, ensuring end-to-end integrity of vendor, item, and location master data. You will extract, transform, and validate data for use in the new ERP environment.

The role combines advanced Excel work with collaboration across Technology Operations and Supply Chain leadership to maintain project timelines and enforce data standards throughout the migration process.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

Data Extraction & Integration: Independently extract and integrate complex datasets from multiple legacy systems and disparate text file formats to support migration workstreams.
ETL & Data Transformation: Utilize advanced Excel functions to clean, map, and transform raw data into upload-ready formats for Oracle Cloud.
Database Integrity & Maintenance: Perform regular audits and status reporting to ensure database updates are accurate and consistent with business rules.
Issue Resolution: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data anomalies and quality issues using error detection and process improvement strategies.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as a technical point of contact for data-related inquiries, working closely with Technology Operations and Supply Chain leadership to maintain project timelines.
Compliance & Standards: Enforce master data management policies and standards to ensure long-term data health following migration.
