Job summary

Carbon Data Solutions is building a data engineering team to partner with clients during implementation, acting as the data expert for data requirements, migration, and repeatable ETL processes.

The role focuses on driving standardization of data structures, leading end-to-end ETL from ERP systems, and shaping data pipelines for analytics and dashboards. Strong SQL/Python, Excel, and project management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience using SQL and Python to build and shape datasets.
• 5+ years on ETL, data lakes, data analysis, profiling, mapping, modeling and analytics.
• 5+ years providing customer service, consulting, or support in a software/tech company.
• 5+ years of ERP systems experience (Oracle, Netsuite, SAP, etc).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data ETL from a customer's ERP into MindBridge.
• Design data pipelines for internal analytics and dashboards.
• Develop and maintain data requirements, process diagrams, and mappings.
• Troubleshoot data issues and provide fixes or workarounds.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Success, Support, Product, and Data Science teams.
