Job summary

United Refrigeration, Inc. is seeking a Data & ERP Systems Analyst (IT Liaison) to enhance ERP data accuracy and usability. You will bridge business operations and IT, supporting data governance, reporting, and analytics initiatives to drive efficiency and strategic decisions.

You will oversee data definitions, validation across ERP and reporting platforms, and coordinate system improvements with functional and technical teams to ensure reliable metrics and trusted insights for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in ERP systems, business analytics, reporting, or data management.
• Strong understanding of ERP data structures and business operations.
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, and advanced Excel.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve inaccurate, duplicated, or inconsistent ERP data.
• Partner with IT to correct system fields, tables, workflows, and data logic.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Product, Inventory, and Operations to maintain master data.
• Develop and maintain a centralized enterprise data dictionary.
• Build and enhance dashboards and reports for leadership and departments.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and system requests.
• Coordinate ERP enhancements, reporting needs, and data correction initiatives.
• Ensure consistent data definitions across departments.
