Job summary

Amazon is seeking an experienced ERP Controls and Security Manager to lead the design and implementation of controls, security, and access-governance for its Finance ERP platform.

You will collaborate with Accounting, Internal Controls, Internal Audit, Information Security, SAP, and implementation partners to embed controls throughout design, build, testing, deployment, and ongoing operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in ERP controls, access governance, or related areas.
• Experience with enterprise ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, or comparable platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define role-based access and authorization requirements with segregation of duties.
• Establish user provisioning, approvals, privileged access, and access removal.
• Design automated application controls across financial processes.
• Define segregation-of-duties rules and support remediation of risks.
• Partner with Information Security, Architecture, SAP, and implementation teams through design, configuration, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
• Ensure ERP designs meet ITGC, SOX, data-protection, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead controls and security testing and audit-evidence readiness.
• Establish monitoring and reporting for access risks and control effectiveness.
