Job summary

Wipfli invites interested students to join our Consulting Practice as a internship, helping clients optimize value streams through ERP solutions like Sage Intacct, NetSuite, Procore and Microsoft Business Central.

Interns participate in client-facing activities, shadow meetings, and collaborative projects while developing business analysis and project management skills within a Lean, learning-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or other related field.
• GPA 3.0 or higher preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality work.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to build and foster professional business relationships.
• Desire to help companies maximize value through technology and process improvement.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Analysis and configuration of various ERP software systems
• Stay updated on Sage Intacct, Oracle NetSuite, Procore and Microsoft Business Central features
• Conduct research and provide recommendations for best practices in financial and operational processes
• Assist in documenting project and process requirements
• Business analysis and project management for industry software solutions
• Shadow and contribute to client meetings, demos, and feedback sessions
• Engage in collaborative projects, including sandbox environments and demo builds
• Exposure to Lean principles in all that we do
• Pursue training and learning opportunities to enhance related skills
• Participate in internship capstone projects and feedback loops to improve program
