Job summary

10 BTI Solutions, Inc. invites an ERP Consultant (Vertex) to join our Texas team in Plano. You will lead Vertex tax rule setup, verify calculations, and coordinate with SAP integrations to deliver compliant solutions.

The role requires strong US tax process knowledge, project planning, and training material creation. You will work with cross-functional teams to implement, test, and optimize Vertex-based processes and reports.

Qualifications

• Bi-lingual Korean
• Preferred Bachelor's degree in Computer science or related discipline with an information technology focus
• Over 5 years of experience as a process consultant or similar role
• Full lifecycle Vertex or similar US tax system implementation
• Strong knowledge of US Tax process
• Knowledge and experience delivering projects in an agile framework
• Strong analytical and problem solving skill
• In-depth technical knowledge working with SAP
• Project management experience involving planning, training users and documenting training materials
• Demonstrated understanding of SDLC and IT practices and methods

Responsibilities

• Maintain Vertex system including tax rule setup and tax calculation verification
• Support on Vertex system version management
• Analyze customer requirements and tailor the use of the system to meet those objectives
• Develop project plans and timelines to deploy solutions and assist with data conversion
• Perform unit or integration testing as needed
• Full support of users within all relevant sites
• Provide training and documentation and maintain end-user relationships
• Coordinate with HQ for Vertex implementation management and optimization of tax processes
• Identify process improvements to minimize recurring issues
• Document business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend system improvements
