Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an ERP Consultant - SAP for a Montvale, NJ-based role with 50% travel to Montvale and Chicago. The consultant will design and implement SAP S/4HANA OTC capabilities, manage day-to-day OTC activities, and align solutions to client requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field (preferred).
• Four years focused on SAP S/4HANA, including three full lifecycle implementations in SD and LE.
• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance - FI-AR and end-to-end OTC processes.
• Expertise in invoicing, receivables, payments, cash application, open-item management, and clearing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with client relationship skills; SAP configuration & Activate experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement SAP S/4HANA capabilities for the OTC workstream, including order management, pricing, delivery, billing, and related reporting.
• Plan and execute day-to-day OTC activities, managing KPMG and client personnel through the full lifecycle.
• Apply best-practice processes for OTC and align solutions to client requirements.
• Support business development, including identification and proposal work, coordinating with KPMG resources.

Our client, ERP consulting and implementation services is seeking a ERP Consultant - SAP to join their team. As a ERP Consultant - SAP, you will be part of the consulting delivery team supporting Order to Cash (OTC) workstream initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong SAP S/4HANA Order to Cash expertise, the ability to manage end-to-end implementation activities, and the communication skills to build trusted client relationships which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Design and implement SAP S/4HANA capabilities supporting the Order to Cash workstream, including order management, pricing, delivery processing, billing, and customer order related reporting
• Plan and execute day-to-day activities of the Order to Cash (OTC) workstream, including managing KPMG and client personnel throughout the full lifecycle of an implementation
• Apply leading-practice business process knowledge to Order to Cash and align solutions to client business requirements
• Support business development activities such as identification, proposal development, and other pursuit work at clients while coordinating with appropriate KPMG resources across service lines, service networks, or industries
• Maintain integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold a respectful and courteous work environment

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in an appropriate field (preferred)
• Minimum four years focused on SAP S/4HANA, including at least three full lifecycle SAP implementations in Sales and Distribution (SD) and Logistics Execution (LE)
• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance - Accounts Receivable (FI-AR) and end-to-end Invoice-to-Cash / Order-to-Cash processes
• Expertise in customer invoicing, receivables processing, incoming payments, cash application, open-item management, and customer clearing
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create and sustain meaningful client relationships; strong SAP configuration skills and SAP Activate experience
