Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an ERP Consultant - SAP for a Montvale, NJ-based role with 50% travel to Montvale and Chicago. The consultant will design and implement SAP S/4HANA OTC capabilities, manage day-to-day OTC activities, and align solutions to client requirements.

Strong communication and SAP Activate experience are essential. The position involves collaboration with KPMG and client teams across the full implementation lifecycle, with a focus on delivering real business outcomes through

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field (preferred).
Four years focused on SAP S/4HANA, including three full lifecycle implementations in SD and LE.
Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance - FI-AR and end-to-end OTC processes.
Expertise in invoicing, receivables, payments, cash application, open-item management, and clearing.
Excellent written and verbal communication with client relationship skills; SAP configuration & Activate experience.

Responsibilities

Design and implement SAP S/4HANA capabilities for the OTC workstream, including order management, pricing, delivery, billing, and related reporting.
Plan and execute day-to-day OTC activities, managing KPMG and client personnel through the full lifecycle.
Apply best-practice processes for OTC and align solutions to client requirements.
Support business development, including identification and proposal work, coordinating with KPMG resources.
Maintain professionalism and a respectful work environment.
