Responsibilities

• Gather requirements with cross-functional teams and understand workflows, goals, and objectives.
• Liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders to align ERP solutions with goals.
• Document business requirements, functional specs, and process maps for reference and decision-making.
• Evaluate system performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for ERP improvements.
• Provide expertise in continuous process improvement to enhance efficiency and standardization.
• Develop and implement change strategies, governance processes, and workflow improvements.
• Facilitate technical meetings, conferences, and workshops, including data analysis.
• Deliver Lean Six Sigma or equivalent process improvement services, including data analysis and cost-benefit assessment.
• Support review and consensus-building for process documentation and corporate software suite chapters.
• Advise on business process and IT system integration supporting digital transformation.
• Collaborate with Data Architects and Software Engineers to implement data-driven solutions.
• Develop and maintain business process and requirements maps including As-Is and future state.
• Contribute to project planning, resource management, budget tracking, and reporting of deliverables.
• Support analytics, dashboards, and visualization development for operational insights.
• Participate in user experience assessments, technical user groups, and program reviews.
