Job summary

GKN Aerospace is seeking an ERP Systems Business Analyst to partner with the business, gather requirements, and map development roadmaps for ERP initiatives. You will own functional areas related to business systems at the site.

You will coordinate with multiple stakeholders, drive ERP utilization, manage upgrades, and ensure quality through testing and change control, while staying compliant with ITAR and industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or 5+ years of equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in an ERP or related field in a large-scale manufacturing environment.
• A minimum of 3 years working with Microsoft SSRS and Relational databases using SQL (preferably Oracle).
• Experience working with Microsoft Excel and Access.
• Ability to effectively work with end users and business teams for requirements gathering, understanding customer needs, testing, etc.
• U.S. Person per ITAR regulations to comply with export compliance.

Job Summary

• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.Strong problem-solving skills.
• A background in business administration and/or project management.
• Strong business analysis background with a track record of delivering large, complex ERP projects.
• Experience working in an Aerospace and Defense environment.
