Job summary

Turnberry Solutions, Inc. is seeking an ERP Business Analyst to join its Digital Modernization practice in Minnesota.

This hybrid role requires collaboration with business stakeholders to document requirements across Oracle EBS modules, translate needs into specifications, and support testing and change activities. You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, standardization, and best practices, while contributing to analytics, reporting, and transformation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years as a Business Analyst, ERP Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience supporting Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) applications.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements.
• Experience creating process documentation, workflows, and testing artifacts.
• Experience coordinating UAT and business validation activities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document ERP business requirements across Oracle EBS processes.
• Lead workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions with stakeholders.

Duration: 6+ Months

Location: MN-St. Louis Park, Hybrid 3-4 days onsite

As an ERP Business Analyst, you will join Turnberry's Digital Modernization practice, where technology and strategy combine to deliver exceptional digital experiences, empowering organizations to thrive in today's digital market.

Responsibilities

• Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering
  • Partner with business stakeholders, process owners, and subject matter experts to gather, analyze, and document business requirements across a broad range of ERP-enabled business processes
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions to understand business challenges, operational needs, and improvement opportunities
  • Translate business needs into functional requirements, process documentation, user stories, and solution specifications
  • Evaluate enhancement requests and recommend solutions utilizing standard Oracle EBS functionality and best practices whenever possible
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business teams by providing guidance on ERP capabilities, process impacts, and solution alternatives
• Business Process Documentation and Improvement
  • Document and maintain current-state and future-state business processes, workflows, procedures, and system interactions
  • Create process maps, business requirements documents, use cases, and operating procedures
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, standardize processes, enhance controls, and eliminate manual workarounds
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and business process harmonization across functions and business units
• Oracle E-Business Suite Functional Support
  • Support Oracle EBS business processes and applications across multiple functional areas, including:
  • Order Management
  • Procurement and Purchasing
  • Inventory and Warehouse Management
  • Manufacturing and Supply Chain Planning
  • Projects and Project Accounting
  • Service and Customer Support
  • Finance and Cost Management
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to evaluate system capabilities, support solution design, and assess impacts of proposed changes
  • Assist in troubleshooting business application issues and identifying root causes
  • Support integration requirements between Oracle EBS and connected business systems
• Testing and Quality Assurance
  • Develop test plans, test scenarios, and test scripts based on documented business requirements
  • Coordinate and participate in System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and deployment validation activities
  • Document test results, defects, and remediation efforts
  • Validate that delivered solutions meet business requirements and operational objectives
  • Support release planning, deployment readiness, and post-production validation activities
• Project and Transformation Support
  • Support ERP enhancement projects, upgrades, acquisitions, business integrations, and transformation initiatives
  • Collaborate with project managers, functional analysts, developers, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
  • Assist with change management, training, and business readiness activities
  • Help define reporting, dashboards, analytics, and key performance indicators to support operational decision-making
  • Contribute to Agile, Lean, and structured project delivery methodologies to ensure successful outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Operations, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ERP Analyst, Functional Analyst, or similar role
• Experience supporting Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) applications and business processes
• Demonstrated experience gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements
• Experience creating process documentation, workflows, functional requirements, and testing documentation
• Experience coordinating and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and business validation activities
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively across multiple functions and organizational levels

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting project-based, engineer-to-order (ETO), configure-to-order (CTO)
• Understanding of project lifecycle management, project costing, project accounting, contract management, and operational execution within project-driven organizations
• Experience with Oracle EBS modules such as Projects, Project Accounting, Order Management, Purchasing, Inventory, Manufacturing, Cost Management, or Financials
• Experience supporting ERP implementations, upgrades, acquisitions, carve-outs, or business integrations
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and requirements management practices
• Experience with reporting and analytics platforms such as Power BI, Oracle BI, or similar tools
• Exposure to Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications and ERP modernization initiatives

The salary range for this role is $125,000 to $175,000 or the hourly equivalent.
