Job summary

General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems (OTS) is seeking an ERP professional responsible for designing, developing and implementing ERP systems, and training. You will analyze current processes, drive configuration design and support system improvements, including user training materials and documentation.

The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, documenting requirements, and monitoring ERP performance to ensure security and efficiency, with on-site training visits

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree and 0-3 years' experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to design, implement and train on ERP systems and configurations.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills for requirements and processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes business needs and processes to develop, design, troubleshoot and implement ERP applications and related training.
• Coordinates with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand workflows.
• Documents business requirements, functional specs and process maps for training.
• Analyzes ERP performance and resolves issues to improve security and functionality.
• Designs, generates and monitors ERP reports for reliability and efficiency.
• Develops user training documentation and LMS course materials.
• Travels on-site to train new employees and support system setup.
