Leviat North America is seeking a highly skilled IT and Applications Manager with a strong focus on ERP Administration to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. The role manages and optimizes the suite of business applications that power our operations, including ERP, MES, and related tools.
The ideal candidate will blend technical expertise with leadership and business acumen, oversee day‑to‑day IT services via our third‑party partner, ensure security and regulatory compliance, and collaborate
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field.
- 5–8+ years in IT operations, applications management, or system administration.
- Prior leadership or team-lead experience preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee administration and optimization of ERP, MES, and business applications.
- Manage ERP system administration for reliability and security.
- Lead helpdesk operations and ensure timely support via consultants.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to prioritize needs.
- Develop training and documentation for end-users and systems.
- Ensure security compliance and audit readiness.
