Job summary

OSF HealthCare is seeking an Application System Program Analyst to support ERP applications across Financial, Supply Chain, HR, Construction, and related web systems. You will evaluate, design, configure and program software to meet user needs, create documentation, and assist with testing and training.

Strong collaboration with users and teams will be essential. Requirements include an Associate Degree, excellent communication, and 2 years IT healthcare experience with OSF applications

Qualifications

• Education: Associates Degree required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Solid computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft software and analytical/problem solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, design, configure and program software application systems for ERP and related platforms.
• Assist with analysis, design, coding, testing, troubleshooting, maintenance and user support.
• Create documentation to support system design, testing and training; manage customer expectations and contribute to service quality initiatives.
