Qualifications

• 5-10 years of professional experience in data visualization and dashboard development.

• Experience in Pharma, Life Sciences, or manufacturing environments, ideally within SAP/ERP transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of supply chain and manufacturing processes.
• Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced, global program environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and alignment with governance and compliance standards.
• Provide subject matter expertise on BI visualization best practices and promote adoption of self-service reporting tools.
• Support end-users with training, documentation, and troubleshooting of Power BI solutions.
• Contribute to reporting strategy and integration with other tools supporting the SAP S/4HANA program.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align reporting solutions with business needs.
• Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring decisions are supported by data.
• Deliver standardized KPI dashboards and reporting solutions within agreed project timelines.
