Job summary

Sandvik in Alachua, Florida is seeking a Business Systems Engineer to enhance data-driven decision making through Power BI reporting and QuickBase app development. The role supports SAP readiness, system integration, and process optimization on site, driving operational excellence across manufacturing.

The ideal candidate has a BS degree in information systems or related field and 1–2 years in ERP/digital transformation, with hands-on experience in ERP, Lean and SAP environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information systems or related field.
1–2 years of systems experience with ERP or digital transformation.
Strong understanding of ERP, production planning, inventory and financial flows.

Responsibilities

Collect data from Lean ERP, SharePoint, QuickBase, Salesforce, and other datasets.
Create Power BI reports and dashboards for management.
Develop applications in QuickBase and integrate SAP readiness on site.
Define data collection techniques and assess data quality.
Support change management, training, and stabilization efforts.
