The role requires leading analytics for large SAP programs, deep SAC expertise, and familiarity with Datasphere and Business Data Cloud, guiding a high-impact team through complex data ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Analytics function for 2–3 large SAP program deliveries.
• Strong knowledge of core SAP ERP operational reporting (finance, supply chain, merchandising, order management).
• Expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and integration of SAP and non-SAP data sources.
• Ability to rationalize and modernize large legacy report libraries for performance and cost.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills across levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of integrated operational reporting across SAP ERP processes.
• Develop and deploy analytics reporting, integrating SAP with non-SAP sources as needed.
• Manage impact of SAP S/4HANA migration on reporting and legacy report rationalization.
• Oversee architecture and governance for reporting solutions, ensuring accuracy and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with process owners and IT to align reporting with master data structures.
• Champion SAC, Datasphere, and Business Data Cloud adoption in the analytics ecosystem.
• Provide leadership to a cross-functional reporting and analytics team.
