Job summary

Ralph Lauren seeks an ERP analytics leader to modernize operational reporting across SAP and non-SAP platforms. Lead and govern analytics across finance, supply chain, merchandising, and order management during SAP S/4HANA migration, ensuring scalable, cost-effective data management.

You will oversee cross-functional teams, champion SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Datasphere, and Business Data Cloud adoption, and deliver integrated reporting solutions that meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Requires experience leading analytics for multiple SAP programs.
• Strong ability to translate complex reporting requirements into actionable deliverables.
• Proven track record in designing and delivering integrated operational reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of integrated operational reporting across core SAP ERP processes.
• Develop and deploy non-core SAP analytics reporting, integrating SAP with non-SAP platforms.
• Manage impact of data and reporting changes from SAP S/4HANA migration and legacy report rationalization.
• Oversee architecture and governance for reporting solutions to ensure accuracy and cost-effective data management.
• Collaborate with business process owners, IT leaders, and solution integrators to align reporting with process design and master data structures.
• Champion adoption of SAP Analytics Cloud, Datasphere, and Business Data Cloud to modernize analytics ecosystem.
• Provide leadership to cross-functional reporting and analytics team with a focus on stakeholder satisfaction.
