Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT, business, finance, or accounting.
• Experience with Viewpoint or similar ERP platforms.
• Experience creating dashboards and reports (Power BI preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for the ERP system.
• Manage changes during ERP module implementations and adoption metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
• Configure the platform to meet organizational needs.
• Support report and dashboard creation to drive data-based decisions.
• Provide user training and ongoing technical support.
• Monitor system performance and resolve issues.
• Work with Viewpoint support to implement enhancements.
• Create and maintain documentation of configurations and best practices.
• Audit data and processes for accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with IT to integrate ERP with other apps.
• Stay updated on new features and drive innovation.
• Support Bassett Transformation Office initiatives.
