Methode Electronics Inc. seeks an ERP Analyst to be the senior resource for analysis, administration, and enhancement of our ERP systems across global business partners.

You will gather requirements, translate them into functional workflows, and lead testing and documentation efforts to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. In this role you will mentor junior analysts, support EDI processes, and drive adoption of standard ERP functionality while collaborating with IT and business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MIS/Finance/Accounting or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of hands-on ERP experience in manufacturing environments.
• 3+ years in financial modules: AP, AR, GL; ERP financials experience preferred.
• Epicor CMS ERP (formerly SolarSoft) experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary resource for ERP analysis, administration, maintenance, and support.
• Design, develop, document, test, implement, and enhance ERP applications and related software.
• Partner with business users to analyze and improve processes; translate requirements into system functionality.
• Lead testing activities with cross-functional teams; create test plans and data.
• Create and maintain technical and business process documentation; ensure alignment with needs.
• Promote standard ERP functionality and minimize custom development; support EDI and interfaces.
• Provide end-user training; mentor Level I/II analysts; support IT Help Desk.
• Represent EUS in meetings; guide project managers, developers and teammates.
• Travel domestically and internationally ~30% as required.

Participate in system design reviews and code walkthroughs to ensure alignment with business needs.* Lead and support testing activities by collaborating with functional and technical teams to develop test plans, prepare test data, and execute integrated testing initiatives.* Create, review, and maintain comprehensive technical and business process documentation, including process flows, procedures, data relationships, system interfaces, functional specifications, and operational requirements.* Drive the adoption of standard ERP functionality by evaluating and recommending existing system capabilities or third-party solutions, minimizing the need for custom development whenever possible.* Support IT Help Desk operations by ensuring the timely, professional, and effective resolution of end-user issues and requests.* Provide technical leadership and guidance to project managers, developers, and other team members involved in ERP-related initiatives.* Identify, develop, and deliver end-user training programs that improve system knowledge, increase user adoption, and promote self-sufficiency.* Mentor and provide guidance to Level I and Level II analysts, supporting their professional development and technical growth.* Represent the End User Support (EUS) team in internal and external meetings, serving as a trusted subject matter expert and stakeholder liaison.* Support Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes, including system configuration, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting.* Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.**Qualifications:*** Bachelor's degree required; degree in Management Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.* 10+ years of hands-on experience supporting, implementing, and enhancing ERP applications within a manufacturing environment.* 3+ years of experience working with financial and accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and related processes; experience implementing ERP financial modules is strongly preferred.* Experience with Epicor CMS ERP (formerly SolarSoft) is highly desirable.* Demonstrated expertise in ERP-related business processes, including MRP, inventory management, manufacturing operations, logistics, demand forecasting, and procurement.* Proficient in data analysis and querying techniques to support reporting, dashboards, spreadsheets, process flows, and business intelligence initiatives.* Experience supporting a global, multi-site organization, including cross-functional and international business operations.* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and related productivity tools.* Ability to travel domestically and internationally as business needs require (~30%).**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:*** Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to identify root causes and develop practical solutions.* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.* Ability to research, evaluate, and recommend system improvements, technologies, and process enhancements.* Skilled at translating complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly language and actionable business recommendations.* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and execute tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.* Strong customer service mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality support and solutions.* Demonstrated success working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment while also operating independently when required.**Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
