Job summary

System One is seeking an IS ERP Analyst to join a contract, hybrid-onsite and remote role in Redmond, WA. You will support BOM data, participate in PLM/ERP data cleanup, and develop dashboards using Power BI/Tableau or Excel.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in a related field and has 1–3 years of experience with PLM, Windchill, and data analysis. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field is preferred.
• 1–3 years of related experience in a business environment.
• Experience implementing and configuring PLM systems (Windchill preferred).
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong presentation and interpersonal communications skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).
• Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly.
• Experience working in PLM or other collaborative environments.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and business objectives.
• Validate and verify data loads into the PLM tool.
• Assist with PLM and ERP data cleanup following IT processes for mass updates.
• Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
• Analyze data to identify trends and insights and communicate findings clearly.
• Document data processes and controls to support the PLM tool.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems.

Job Title: IS ERP Analyst

Compensation: $51-$56.67
Contractor Work Model: Hybrid-onsite and remote
Hours: 40.0

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Lead/Work Stream Lead for Bills of Material, Parts and associated documentation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and business objectives
• Complete validation and verification of data for multiple loads of data into the PLM tool.
• Support and complete data clean-up by submitting requirements and collaborating with IT for PLM and ERP data clean-up and maintenance following the IT process for mass updates of data.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights
• Analyze, define, and develop documentation control methodologies to support the PLM tool
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems
• Automate data processes and improve reporting efficiency where possible
• Pull data and analyze and make informed decisions and think critically
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role
• 1-3 years of related experience in a business environment
• Experience implementing and configuring PLM systems (Experience with Windchill is preferred but not required)
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
• Professional presentation and strong interpersonal communications skills
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL)
• Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly
