Job summary

LeoForce, based in Goleta, CA, is seeking an ERP Analyst with Senior Level experience to optimize our manufacturing ERP environment. You will serve as the primary local contact, manage part numbers and SKUs, and drive data-driven improvements across the organization.

You will collaborate with IT and business teams to align ERP with processes, enhance reporting, and enable efficient audits. A strong background in Deltek ERP and data management is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a relevant field. We are willing to consider related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with at ERP in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience working with Deltek ERP is required.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, including data management, reporting, and system configuration.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Strong team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
