Ringside Talent seeks an ERP Administrator to join our client onsite in Columbus, Ohio. The role focuses on keeping the ERP platform running smoothly and partnering with finance, operations, and IT to implement improvements.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of ERP administration experience, strong SQL and reporting skills, and a practical problem-solving mindset. You will troubleshoot, document configurations, and train users in a fast-paced onsite environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience administering or supporting an ERP system.
• Working knowledge of ERP security, workflow setup, and user role design.
• Familiarity with SQL and reporting tools.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a methodical approach to problem solving; ability to explain technical topics to non-technical users.
• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in an onsite environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administration of the company's ERP platform, including user access, roles, permissions, and configuration settings.
• Act as the first call for ERP questions and issues, resolving problems quickly or escalating to vendors when needed.
• Translate requests from Finance, Purchasing, Inventory, and other departments into system changes and workflow improvements.
• Plan and carry out system updates, patches, and enhancements, including testing before rollout.
• Build and maintain reports and data extracts that give teams the information they need.
• Protect data accuracy by monitoring imports, integrations, and master data.
• Maintain clear documentation of configurations, processes, and user guides.
• Train new and existing users and share tips for getting more out of the system.
• Spot repetitive manual work and recommend ways to automate or simplify it.
