Dexian seeks two contractors at staff or lower senior level to support daily accounting operations in Orlando, FL. The roles involve routine general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and data analysis within a project-based ERP implementation. This temporary assignment has no path to permanent employment.

Ideal candidates will quickly learn, follow process docs, and work independently. Prior ERP experience and manufacturing exposure are a plus for the team.

Competenze

• Hands-on general ledger accounting experience including reconciliations.
• Proficient in Excel with lookups and pivot tables.
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and follow-through.
• Willingness to accept a project-based contracting role.
• Experience with ERP software is preferred.
• Experience in cost or inventory accounting is a plus.
• Manufacturing industry background is preferred.
• Experience contracting or adapting quickly within new accounting teams is a plus.

Mansioni

• Perform general ledger accounting activities to support daily operations.
• Prepare account reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and resolve outstanding items.
• Follow documented accounting processes and complete tasks accurately and on time.
• Use Excel to organize, analyze, and reconcile financial data.
• Support assigned accounting responsibilities within enterprise resource planning software.
• Provide cost accounting or inventory accounting support as needed, depending on experience and team workload.
• Communicate questions, issues, and progress to the accounting team.
