Akkodis is seeking an Accounting Systems Analyst to support a growing SaaS platform in the Omaha, NE area. The role focuses on accounting workflows, ERP systems, and customer training.

You will act as the accounting SME, translate business needs into system processes, and assist with ERP integrations and data mapping. Strong communication and AP-focused experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience with AP, AR, GL (AP focus preferred)
• Hands-on ERP/accounting systems experience
• Strong communication and training skills
• Accounting degree or equivalent experience
• Construction or electrical industry experience is a plus

Responsabilités

• Train customers and internal teams on accounting workflows and system usage
• Act as the accounting SME, translating business needs into system processes
• Support ERP integrations (Sage, Trimble, etc.) and data mapping
• Guide customers on AP workflows, invoicing, and financial processes
• Create documentation and best practices
