Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting field and ERP systems required.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and partner information.
• Demonstrates flexibility to accommodate work demands.

Responsibilities

• Support data cleansing and reconciliation of data across different systems.
• Perform and/or coordinate data validation.
• Prepare and/or update operating procedures for data migration.
• Maintain and organize multiple Excel spreadsheets for data integrity.
• Assist senior financial officers as needed.

Skills

Solid knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUPs & Pivot Tables)

Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping

Detail-oriented

Good analytical ability

Experience in accounts payable and receivable
