This is an exciting time to join the service. NHS Tayside is continuing the rollout of the Allocate Optima eRostering system across all staff groups, with full implementation required by March 2028. You will work alongside a team of eRostering Facilitators and Support Officers, playing a vital role in the rollout and support of the eRostering system across NHS Tayside. This will provide valuable exposure to all aspects of eRostering implementation, user support, system administration and service improvement within a growing and developing team.

  • Provide advice and guidance on system use to staff at all levels within the organisation.
  • Collaborate closely with the team to support the modernisation and digitalisation of systems and processes.
  • Exercise strong organisational and problem-solving skills in a varied and stimulating work environment.
