The Erosion Control Business Development Manager plays a vital role in the sales organization at SiteOne. This role is responsible for prospecting new accounts and expanding margin dollars within under‑penetrated accounts, while owning and developing a defined territory.
We are seeking a results‑driven individual who serves as a trusted advisor to contractors, engineers, developers, and public regulatory agencies and municipal stakeholders. In this role, you will help customers navigate complex site conditions, regulatory requirements, and constructability challenges by combining strong sales execution with technical credibility across erosion control, geosynthetics, and stormwater solutions.
Success in this role requires solution‑selling, early project engagement, and the ability to influence outcomes across heavy civil, DOT, commercial, and land development projects.
