Job summary

Crest Industries is seeking an Enterprise Risk Management Program Analyst to support the execution and maturation of Crest's ERM program. You will help maintain the risk register, coordinate updates, and prepare dashboards and leadership materials.

The role reports to the Insurance and Risk Manager and works with risk owners, liaisons, and business-unit leaders. Prior ERM experience helps but is not required; a proactive, data-driven mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working with leaders across multiple business units.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to learn ERM concepts and reporting tools.
• Relevant experience in risk management, operations, project coordination, compliance, audit, insurance, finance, legal, safety, quality, data analysis, or business administration.

Responsibilities

• Support recurring ERM update cycles with risk owner meetings, risk liaison communications, data collection, follow-up, and status tracking.
• Maintain and update the enterprise risk register with descriptions, owners, scores, controls, and actions.
• Prepare ERM Steering Committee materials, executive summaries, dashboards, and risk profile updates.
• Track mitigation plans, owners, due dates, and follow-up items across units and functions.
• Assist with risk workshops, risk owner meetings, scoring calibration, and control documentation review.
• Develop key risk indicators, risk metrics, and action-plan reporting as the program matures.
• Support ERM tools, templates, process docs, and training resources; maintain Power BI inputs.
