Job summary

Crest Industries is seeking an Enterprise Risk Management Program Analyst to support Crest’s Enterprise Risk Management program. The role includes maintaining risk registers, coordinating updates, and supporting ERM dashboards and reporting.

The analyst will work with Risk Owners, leaders across units, and external ERM advisors. Ideal candidates are highly organized, analytical, and comfortable working with data, process documentation, and recurring reporting cycles.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to learn ERM concepts, risk terminology, reporting tools, and program methodology.

Responsibilities

• Support recurring ERM update cycles, including Risk Owner meetings, Risk Liaison communications, data collection, follow-up, and status tracking.
• Maintain and update the enterprise risk register, including risk descriptions, risk owners, scores, current controls, planned actions, and documentation.
• Support preparation of ERM Steering Committee materials, executive summaries, dashboards, and risk profile updates.
• Track mitigation plans, controls, action items, owners, due dates, and follow-up items across units.
• Assist with risk workshops, scoring calibration discussions, control documentation reviews, and action-tracking.
