Booking Holdings is seeking an Analyst to join its Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team. This role provides hands-on operational support to maintain and facilitate key risk management activities across the company.

You will track risk data, update the GRC tool, prepare narratives and materials for senior leadership, and collaborate with brand risk teams on ongoing ERM initiatives in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business, Finance or related field.
• Clear written and verbal communication across stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating in a large, matrixed organization.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through on data tracking.
• Familiarity with risk management concepts (COSO, ISO) or controls.
• Exposure to GRC tools or project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining the enterprise risk management framework, tools, and processes.
• Support ERM program leads in day-to-day activities.
• Track risk identification, mitigation actions, and status with risk teams.
• Maintain and update the GRC tool as the source of truth for risk data.
• Prepare materials and dashboards for leadership reporting.
• Support ERM initiatives and cross-functional workstreams.
• Monitor industry trends and flag emerging risks for ERM leadership.
• Build relationships across brands to support risk management activities.
